As much as he cares about getting you stronger and faster he also cares about you as a person. I have noticed huge improvements when I am playing on the field and have gotten so much stronger and faster because of the strength and conditioning programs they have at the barn. He always pushes me to perform the best I can when I\u2019m in the weight room and pushes me even when I don\u2019t think I can do it. The programs also focus on preventing injuries and targeting all muscle groups. As much as I\u2019ve gotten physically stronger I have also gotten more mentally stronger.
